To migrate from the Omny Link service please be sure you have reviewed and are comfortable with the Terms of Service. Having done so please provide us with the details below and we will schedule your migration.

Migration will be done by taking a snapshot of your data on the Omny Link system and upload to the Know Process system. A suitable ‘quiet’ time will be agreed with you in advance, for example over a weekend. During this window the Omny Link system will be available as usual and you will be responsible for migrating any changes after the cut-off manually so it is important to ensure your users are aware of this.
